His Father should teach his kid how to take care the shrimp, is like how to take care him. So this kid will learn and will not waste anything in future.

I believe this Kid dont know what is waste , save and care.
His father got problem teaching his Child.

Sometime when the daddy is wealthy enough and have less time to be there what is the next best thing to do? Pamper them with alot of gift......... If both parent is involve in business and travel around often so what can they do?

-> Sent them to enrichment sch.
-> Sent them to high end tuition centre.
-> encourage them with with ex-gift when they obtain good result

Not the moral teaching but using money and gift as a incentive to them is the way of this more afforable parents.

Seen too many even see it in my OC family. But they haven't reach the extend of giving their kids something with life yet.
