Default My Humble Shrimp Tank

Hi Guys, just wanna share my humble shrimp tank which I finally completed setting up today( got some ideas from looking around the forum and the slope idea from bro alvinchan80). Feel free to comment and give me some advice for improvement. Its currently cycling and I intend to cycle for 1 week(sufficient)?

Enjoy!

Just noticed that it is a Nisso Tank - where did you buy it and how much did you pay for it?

Nice setup and I like the two mountain like rocks with mini pelia. However cycling fir a week is way too short regardless of what shrimp u keep. A min two weeks is recommended if using old media, and a month for total new media us advisable. Patience is the key to success in shrimp keeping.

Thanks Bro, I was thinking of keeping low grade CRS..noted cos I tout my tank is smaller(1ft) so 1 week might be enough..alright will let it cycle longer!

Hey bro, you can do it too..its not that hard, you just need to pick what you like and think its suitable for your tank from the LFS. I am hoping CO2 is not really needed as I do not have it I guess its fine?

Are you going to plant anything to keep the slope? Otherwise sure will shallow out.
