How to get rid of water flea from shrimps tank

Any one know the fastest and efficient way to get rid of the white water fleas from my shrimps tank ?

Try Guppies but only lasts for one day , now they are chasing after my shrimps food.

You might want to try boraras which is tested by many hobbyists, i have threadfin rainbowfishes as they are one of those small mouthed mid to top water swimmers.

Actually they are just results of overfeeding. In actual fact the y are totally harmless .Dont over feed and they will go away
