Default Leaf litter in Aquarium

Hi bros, is there any other leaves which I can use to create a leaf litter effect in an aquarium instead of using ketapang leaves?
Didn't want to use ktp leaves as the water will turn brownish

I think most leaves will have the same tannins effect. If you want leaf litter why not just soak the ketapang leaves for a few days to remove the tannins.

Meaning to say, i soak the leaves in a bucket first for a few days to let the leaves release all the tannins, then i transfer the leaves over to the tank?
Ok i'll try that. Thanks

Yeah, will work even better if you boil the leaves or use hot water.

Activated carbon will restore water clarity if the blackwater is unsightly to you.
