Angry Channa ate my otto

I bought a baby channa bleheri a couple weeks back and i had assumed that the ottos were too big for him at this point. i came home today and caught him with his mouth full and with 1 otto missing and have since removed the rest of the ottos.

Will the otto do any damage to the channa and if so is there anything i can do to now? sigh...

dont think the eaten otto will pose much of a risk to the channa since it's able to fit into the channa's mouth.

rule of thumb is not to put any fish the size of the predatory fish's mouth, lest it gets eaten.
