You can get a fan and use timer to turn on the fan during the time when air con is off.
My office air con turns off at 7pm and starts 7am. I set my fan to turn on at 8pm (cos the room would still be cool for awhile before temperature increases) till 7am. |

if i can have a tank in office, i will use a chiller. the evaporation rate from the fan will makes me worry too.

i personally wouldn't prefer such temperature fluctuations for pets. imagine your boss making you stay in an air-con room and changing the temperature like that. you'll feel the shrimps' pain too.
