Default a little update of my noob tank and shrimps

Hello all, i am new to rearing shrimps. bought some cheap shrimps to start and hopefully with some experience can get some crs/bkk...

these are some of my lousy shrimps. one of the picture is like fire star formation~~

2wks into keeping, i can count 10shrimplets visible... still very inexperience and i hope they will grow up well.. please advice and guide me!! thanks!!

one more qn to ask, when shrimps scrab food from pellets and it flies all over the tank, does it affect the water alot or they will eventually pick up and eat? i feed 1-2 pellets a day, morning and night. 8shrimps in that tank with 1 assassin snail.
