From your reading, your GH is at the high side. Your NO3 is most probably your filtration is not mature yet. Your PH is low buffering is needed.

To lower GH & NO3, change water and introduce nitrate sucking plants like hornworts and amazon frogbits.
Try to buffer the water abit with a handful of coral chips. Remove them once KH hits 3-4. |

Thx all for the quick response, is my GH really on the super high side? Could be over dose of mineral+?
Will liquid bacteria help mature my filter more? |

Yup. Dosing too much mineral plus will increase the GH. As for bacteria, I strongly recommend mosura BT-9. Work very well.

most after market liquid type hmm i will say work but take sometimes. Like bro Koji suggest use Bt-9. There another way to help tank like master Silane suggested and the pros bro here also say it is okie. Hang a small hole mesh bag or use a tea bag put some barley pellet in them. Let it stay in the tank to cultivate also. I m doing that now also sometime my sakura shrimplet will hang around it to feed.

What does barley pellet do in the first place? For feeding or for cultivating bacteria?

How long did you cycle your tank before introducing your CRS in your tank? And how long is your CRS been in your tank before up lorry?
