Thanks for the pms and enquries. Yes, it is new and unused with all stuff thrown in (no pic but u can take a look at my previous post on my the other 2028, its the same  . You may also want to purchase my unused 4T5HO-60cm for an extra $50 (bought at $85) if you get this filter at the said price. I have already adjusted the price to the lowest I can go. Please do not offer like $150-250 which are prices for used 2028. But as a sweetener to the deal, I may add some freebies as I have lotsa rocks left over from my previous tang collection.
