Default Tank growing snails.

hi bros. i have a tank of CRS and cherry shrimps about 15 of it in 1 1ft tank.
only had a bush of java moss on it. its been 2 weeks none of em died. but i realised that i have new members . 3 snails was wonderin where they came from.
is there any reason for this? they evolved out of nowhere??
water condition bad?
any expert can advise on how to touch up so that the shrimps will multiply??

Hi,

i can most definately say that the snails came together with the moss. When you buy moss, or any other aquatic plant, they most likely will come with pests, so you have to quarantine them. You should remove the snails now, before they start to multiply.

If you want your shrimps to multiply, i suggest you get a chiller, especially for the CRS, and maybe you can add more plants to make the tank more 'natural'.

Go buy killer snails.....they will help to eat up the harmful snails...

Remove it fast or it will really multiply exponentially if you once it breed! However if you see snail eggs, get an otto, mine cleared up in no time.
