Smile My mum's turtle/tortoise

Hi bros,

It's been quite some time since I really posted something in AF

Just to share some of my mum's beloved pets after I went back for CNY holiday

Red-chested turtle (we've kept them for almost 10 yrs) - size approx look at my feet below

The two females

The top is male, genital is below his long tail (according to my mum)

Also unknown species...

In Indo, they call this the 'sun' turtle, due to the shape of it's shell

This looks like south american turtle?

'belly' pattern not bad

PNTs (sick)

Nice collection there and I assume these pictures were taken in Malaysia?

May I check how your mum incubate the eggs? incubator or leave things to nature?

Nope, It's in Indo.... Just use a pail and fill it with sand - bury the egg near surface, you can put a lamp (those old type bulb not energy saving one) to keep it warm at night. Parents may eat the eggs too, since we only kept them in the small red tub, and eggs aren't suppose to get too wet (I guess).

They laid almost 10 eggs in total but only 2-3 that hatch
