i use the drip method when i top up the water, i did water change once a month but top up everyweek. I am using ocean free anti chlorine however when i pour the chlorine in, i saw blue blue staffs in it and it doesnt dissolve in the water.

Is the cap of the ocean free anti chloride blue colour? If it is blue, then the blue blue stuffs could be from the disintegrated blue cap (Plastic material).
