ST going at near $1000. Worth it?

Hi fellow ST lovers and bros, all of us love ST and are willing to pay high price for this breed of fish. Come back to think of it, some ST are fetching up to $1000 each for a reasonable size. Care to share your views on the price of ST. Why are most of us willing to forgo other items and buy this fish

I feel all of us are "poisoned" by all these monster fish . Personally i am also one of them that fell in love with these ST. For wat reason i dont know. I was wondering if it is because there are not many around as thai ban the export of this fish or izzit because i love the 3 thick bars?

Sometimes i think if IT with 4 bars are the ones that are being protected and ban from exporting to SG. Will we suddenly fall in love with IT and pay the same price for it This is very subjective

i am going to bangkok soon and have this crazy idea of getting one ST. know that Thailand ban the export of ST. But would the custom in Thailand differeniate ST and IT?If caught jus tell them its IT.Haha.Jus a crazy thinking

u can slowly find the tigers in thailand ba... dun think abt bringing it out first.. think where u can find small st first...

The thought of going to jail in Thailand might put off your idea, but here again, heard their Tom Yam soup in there is better than restaurant

I had also seen pp posting to buy at 200 per in for ST, but not sure if there is any transaction done at this price. IT is now also going up with regard to prices, now seeing 12" IT going for 300 or even 400 in AF liaow, mad liaow

im going in jan...can bring IT back? Im unsure...any experts on these?
