How to use mosura old sea mud powder?

I understand that this product is normally use during tank setup but if I didn't use it upon set up, it state dose it regular into your tank water colum if have not use it as a base.

How regular does it mean? Everyday once 1 spoon of 0.45g or dose more initially? I don't think I can dose all in now right as the shrimps are already in my tank. Mine is a 2ft tank with crs and sakura shrimps.

Any advice shall be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all your advice. So it means that all of you did not use the old sea mud rock powder during the initial set up that's why you guys only add in every week after wc?
