Tiger and Bee are sensitive Shrimps, so I suppose 28C is abit too high for them, but you may want to give it a try and do some changes to your tank. As for Blue, I'm not sure about it.

You probably shouldn't try blue shrimps:
http://www.petshrimp.com/neocaridinaspblue.html

According to the site, the blue colour isn't natural, and offsprings are not blue at all. And they would cross with your cherries. Before you get another type of shrimp, check if they would cross.

Personally, I've been in a similar situation as you. I wanted another type of shrimp in my cherry tank. I tried bee shrimps, but they're not very hardy and always died. I read some threads from petfrd that seem to suggest that it's rather difficult to care for them.

I bought several diamonds, and one of them is currently pregnant. I might get bees again in the future, if the diamonds don't breed successfully.

I strongly encourage you to get a fan for your tank. The temp is rather high. When the temp is high, most shrimps lose their colours. I DIY-ed my fans using the instructions from this site:

Have fun with your shrimps!

If I'm not wrong, Green and Blue are from Red Cherry shrimp. It is due to some in-breeding, and cause some gene disorder, hence the colour blue and green come out.
Blue and Green will cross with Cherry. And also the offspring of them will not be 100% blue/green. In fact, even if they are blue/green in colour, the intensity will be very light, colour won;t be that bright and nice.

My 2cents.
