Default Chiller Advice

Hi Bros here,

Need advice. Never touch a chiller in my life.

I am running a 4x2x2 tank and have 4x55W PL lights running. Am looking to lower my tank temp to 25-26 degree C range.

Appreciate advice on which chiller (decent performance & cheap) to consider.

Thanks

Your heat load isnt high, you can use the cheaper resun 650. I believe its less than $500 and offer decent chilling power.

Of course, the brand is Artica.

But beware of the running cost of the Resun 650 due to its high wattage consumption especially the electrical charges keeps going up.

Beware of false economy and fyi, a 1/4hp Artrica is more than sufficent for you.

Thanks for advice bro. How much would a 1/4hp Artica cost? and where would be good to get one?

Just incase, In case of upgrading to a 6ft, is 1/4hp enuff or should I go for a 1/2hp?
