Default Aquaz Rust Fix

I recieved a sample of Rust Fix and decide to try some on my rusted MH ballast. Rust Fix works by converting rust to another inert black substance which will prevent further rusting.

Rust Fix was applied on the MH ballast and here's how it looks like after 24hrs.

Some observations I noticed with this product.

The liquid is brownish and will stain light colored surface. Its impt to wipe off excess Rust Fix to prevent stains. Since the ballast is out of view .. I left it as it is. Painting over the black substance will certainly improve the looks.

It works better when its more heavily rusted. Its impt to brush off rust flakes but leave the main patch intact to allow the convertion of rust.

Its not recommended for wrought iron stands where rusting already compromised the structure integrity of the stand. If the stand is so badly rusted, using Rust Fix will not "repair" and make the stand stronger as it will only prevent further rusting.

Overall a product that does its job. While the bottle does not include instructions, some form of instruction will be needed for the retail package.

forgot to pass you the main bottle and instruction sheet, as i was in a rush trying to collect the xmas log cake in time as i was already late hehehe.

Sorry about it ... But hey u still manage to use it correctly keke!

Just to add on, it will only work when there is rust and should you scratch the coating off my accident, it will rust again.
Best is to paint a coat of protection over..

Oh and the rust will turn into black color from rusty color.

Lastly the product is FORMULATED IN SINGAPORE......................................... ............................

Cheers
