Default removal of bracing

is it possible to remove this bracing and do one on the center?
as shown in pic.

yes .. but you will have to drain tank to at least 30% to release the pressure off the braces before you can remove them.

can i use ropes to tie or rather wrap it up first?
as in wrap around it than remove the bracing.

it wont be able to hold .. unless you make steel bracket to support the center part of the tank. It must be broad and rubber padded to prevent stress points.
